Snakebite IPA​

Some of us really enjoy a beer that will bite you back. This IPA is not over the top with bitterness but has a bite with some spice. Quite enjoyable anytime for an IPA Lover! Pale, Golden, Promise, German Vienna, Crystal, Munich and a touch of rye rounds out the malt bill that adds a robust finish. It’s strongly hopped with Chinook and a pile of Citra and dry hopped with Cascade. Fermented with American ale yeast that is very crisp and clean. It will rattle your cage!

Venom IPA​

After being bit by the Snakebite IPA you will want to have some Venom IPA running through your veins. This beer is hit hard with the High Alpha hop at 17% acids in the beginning of the boil to give it a bite that it needs. Rounding it off with some specialty hops for aroma and flavor at the end of the boil. The complex malt bill gives this IPA a well rounded balance between malts and hops. Fermented with a traditional American Ale yeast. After fermentation we infuse fresh grapefruit zest for ten days to give it that unique flavor that we all are looking for!

Anti-Venom IPA

With the Venom IPA running through your veins you will need to have the antidote….Anti-Venom. This amazing brew is 100% United Kingdom malt brewed to perfection. We hammer this brew with a high Alpha hops at the beginning of the boil to give it the bitterness it needs and then repeatedly add large amounts of Citra and Mosaic hops for aroma and flavor. Fermented with a west coast ale yeast. After fermentation it goes through a series of dry hopping to add it unique character! Enjoy

Nefarious Black IPA

To finish off the addiction of wickedness we have a BIG BOLD IPA that will knock your socks off! Dark in color, Nefarious in flavor. We have built a beer that will influence the unwilling. This black beauty is complex as the day is long. With a complex malt bill that gives this brew a large amount of flavor. The hops that we used are a bit floral and earthy that blends well with the malts for a unique flavor that we all crave.

Hillbilly Lager

This is the lightest beer we brew for all you light beer drinkers. Light and refreshing, low alcohol, easy to drink all day long. Brewed with a 100% German malts and hopped with Nobel hops to give you great traditional Lager beer.

Killer-Watt Citrus Wheat

This is a very light, refreshing beer that is brewed for a warm summer day. Every drink will have you wanting more! This beer is brewed with American Pilsner Malt and a generous amount of toasted wheat from Canadian wheat farms and lightly sweetened with orange blossom honey from Florida orange groves. During secondary fermentation we infuse orange zest for a unique twist of flavor. Fermented with an American ale yeast that is slightly tart, yet crisp and clean! Hopped with American fruity hops and finished with a touch of citrus.

12 Pointer Porter

A big, bold, robust beer full of flavor! Your taste buds will experience a chocolate, coffee-creamy sensation of deliciousness and fulfillment! It has a complex blend of English Maris Otter, Munich, Special B, chocolate and caramel malts, with a pile of oats for creaminess. It’s fermented with American ale yeast that finishes clean. Hopped with spicy, slightly fruity American hops, Pearl and Willamette, this beer is as bold as the last buck you shot!

Abbey-Normal Blonde

Abbey Normal Blonde is an easy drinker. It has a nice complexity of fruity esters that entice your tastebuds. Brewed with Pilsner and German Vienna malt, fermented with a true abbey Belgian Trappist yeast and lightly hopped with German Sapphire.

Honey Badger Brown

A true connoisseur will appreciate the complexity of this brown beer! It will leave a chocolate roasted, nutty complexity on your tongue, with a sweet splash of honey as it finishes on your taste buds. It will leave you wanting more! It’s brewed with pale, brown, carmel, Victory, honey and chocolate malts. Steeped with roasted barley for nuttiness. Lightly hopped with German Sapphire and American Cascade, fermented with English style ale yeast. Topped off with a bit of local honey!
